Dr. Brad Rabe Announces Retirement
Dr. Brad is proud to announce his well-earned retirement after more than 35 years of serving the Hillsboro community. A lifelong resident, he began practicing dentistry in 1984 alongside his father, Dr. Ronald Rabe, and his brother, Dr. Randall Rabe. Over the decades, he has treated thousands of patients, performed countless procedures, and built a reputation for being a kind, gentle, and compassionate practitioner who truly cared for every person who sat in his chair.
Beyond his clinical work, Brad dedicated time to civic organizations and professional associations, including the Washington County Dental Society, the Oregon Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. His life also took a wonderful turn when a local co-ed volleyball game led him to meet the love of his life, Trisha Warren. Brad and Trish married in 1995 and were blessed with two children, Ron and Tyler. Together, they made their home in the same Hillsboro family house Brad grew up in, lovingly remodeled into the heart of their family life.
Dr. Brad is especially proud to leave Rabe Family Dentistry in the capable hands of his son, Dr. Ron Rabe, a 2022 graduate of OHSUs School of Dentistry. Ron and his wife, Julianne, now make their home in Hillsboro, continuing the familys deep roots in the community. Brad and Trishs daughter, Tyler, is married to Jared and living in Forest Grove. She has built a meaningful career as a labor and delivery nurse at OHSU, bringing the same care and compassion to her patients that runs in the Rabe family legacy.
Brad and Trish could not be prouder of Ron and Tyler, both for the careers they have chosen and the lives they are building with their spouses. For Brad, nothing has been more rewarding than seeing his family grow, his practice thrive, and his patients become lifelong friends. Though he is stepping back from dentistry, he does so with gratitude, knowing the future of Rabe Family Dentistry and the Rabe family itself is bright.
