About Us

Sonja earned her X-ray and Expanded Function Dental Assistant certification from Northwest Dental Institute in 2004 and has been a valued part of the Rabe Family Dentistry team for over 22 years. She feels fortunate to have built so many special relationships with generations of patients, helping them feel comfortable and safe during their dental visits.

To Sonja, Rabe Family Dentistry feels like a second home, and she feels truly blessed to work with such an amazing team.

In her free time, Sonja loves spending time with her family and friends, attending as many concerts and comedy shows as possible, and showering her beloved dog Ivy with affection.

For us at RFD, Sonja “Sunny” brings the sunshine, she brightens every room just by walking in. Her ability to adapt to new challenges and work seamlessly with others makes her an exceptional team player and an irreplaceable part of our practice.

Riley joined our team in 2022 as a Sterilization Technician, and from day one, she has shown a strong passion for learning and growing within the dental field. She has taken every opportunity to expand her knowledge and is now a Dental Assistant with a Radiology Certification. She is currently working toward earning her certification as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). Riley is a valuable support to the entire team, always ready to help wherever needed. She has a natural ability to make patients feel comfortable and cared for, and she brings a positive energy to the office every day. One of the things she loves most about dentistry is the constant opportunity to learn there’s always something new to discover, and she embraces that with enthusiasm. Outside the office, Riley enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether she’s fishing, traveling, or camping, she finds joy in nature and adventure. She’s also very close with her friends and family, who play an important role in her life.

Lizbeth is a kind and compassionate Sterilization Technician/Dental Assistant who joined our team in 2024. Her gentle demeanor and dedication have made her a valuable support to both our team and patients especially within our Spanish-speaking community. Lizbeth spent many years living in Mexico and is fluent in Spanish, which helps her build strong, meaningful connections within the community. A graduate of Glencoe High School, she went on to complete a Dental Assisting Program and is now excited to begin her career in the dental field. She is dedicated to ongoing learning and professional development, always striving to provide the best care possible. Lizbeth takes pride in helping others and is passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient she meets. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, going on walks, and discovering new places.

Nicki earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the Oregon Institute of Technology and has been practicing at Rabe Family Dentistry since 2007. With over 2 decades of experience she brings expertise, compassion, attention to detail and a thorough approach to her role as a hygienist. She genuinely enjoys helping people feel more comfortable at the dentist especially since it’s a situation that isn’t always easy for everyone. Nicki strives to make each visit inclusive and personalized, meeting patients where they are. Her favorite part of the job is building trust and helping people reach their oral health goals in a way that works for them. Nicki is especially interested in the connection between oral and overall health. She enjoys sharing that knowledge in a way that is easy to understand, non-judgmental, and empowering. When she is not at the office, you’ll probably find Nicki relaxing at home with her husband and their pets. She enjoys reading, learning new things, quilting, and fostering senior dogs for a local rescue. We are thankful to have Nicki as a part of our practice her dedication and heart make a lasting difference in the lives of our patients and team.

Rabe Family Dentistry is truly blessed to have Cori as part of the team. With over 25 years of experience as a dedicated dental hygienist, she brings not only expertise but also a warm, welcoming presence to the office each day. Cori is known for her wonderful attitude, beautiful smile, and total team qualities that brighten the practice and make both patients and coworkers feel supported and valued. She has built lasting relationships with patients by helping them feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. Down-to-earth, kind, and compassionate, Cori creates a supportive and inclusive environment, believing in the power of listening, educating, and partnering with each individual to reach their best oral health. Outside the office, Cori enjoys soaking up the sunshine, camping, fishing, hunting, or sewing. team.

Hi, Im Craig, a dental hygienist who started my career as a dental assistant, which gave me a well-rounded background in patient care. I later graduated from Pacific University’s dental hygiene program. I enjoy helping patients maintain good oral health while keeping visits comfortable and easy.

I was born and raised in Oahu. Outside of work, I enjoy volleyball, trying new foods, and spending time with family.

Jessica provides a smooth, organized experience for patients and plays an important role in keeping the front office running efficiently. She genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and strives to make each visit feel comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free from start to finish.

Known for her friendly and approachable nature, she takes pride in helping patients feel at ease and supported throughout their time in the office.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys baking, shopping, and getting outdoors for hikes. Above all, she cherishes spending quality time with her son and family, who mean the world to her.

Leyda is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient and truly enjoys building meaningful relationships along the way. She strives to make each visit feel comfortable and positive from beginning to end. Dedicated to growth, Leyda is excited to continue learning and expanding her knowledge in the dental field. Originally from Miami, she brings warmth, positivity, and a down-to-earth nature to the office each day.

Outside of work, Leyda is a proud mom of two who loves spending time with her children, exploring parks, going on hikes, practicing yoga, running, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors especially near the water.

Trish has been a vital part of Rabe Family Dentistry for over 20 years. Affectionately known as “Fill,” she truly lives up to the nickname filling in wherever she’s needed with ease and enthusiasm. Whether it’s insurance, the front desk, Sterile, assisting, or account management, Trish knows it all and does it all. She brings a contagious energy to the office with her sharp wit and one-of-a-kind sense of humor. No matter the topic, Trish has a way of making things better and more fun for everyone around her. Before joining the dental world, Trish worked as a bartender, and she still flexes her hospitality skills by helping a friend with a catering business in her spare time. When she is not catering she is spending time with friends and family traveling, crabbing, deep sea fishing OR causing mischief. Trish’s favorite part of working at RFD is getting to know patients on a personal level and building lasting relationships. She finds joy in learning something new about everyone who walks through the door.

With deep roots in the hospitality industry, our office manager brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic professional background to the team. She began her career in the hospitality industry where she honed her leadership skills, customer service expertise, and operational knowledge over many years. Her journey didn’t stop there she expanded into human resources and learning and development, becoming well-versed in talent management, employee training, and workplace culture development.

Having worked in various regions across the US, she has developed a strong appreciation for different communities and professional environments. Despite her travels, Oregon has always been the place she calls home. A proud mother of three and a doting grandmother of one, she values family deeply and prioritizes time spent with loved ones. When she’s not managing office operations, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family. She also has a passion for travel and enjoys exploring new places, cultures, and experiences whenever she can. Her FAVORITE PERSON IN THE WORLD is “FILL”  (according to “Fill)
